How do we deliver your new kitchen?
We offer a free delivery service for your new kitchen to the following areas.
AL, BN, BR, CB, CM, CO, CR, CT, DA, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, KT, LU, ME, N, NW, OX, RG, RH, RM, SE, SG, SL, SM, SS, SW, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD
If you live outside of this area then your kitchen will be sent via pallet delivery service and is chargeable; the price will depend on the size of your kitchen and location.
How long does delivery of my new kitchen take?
Our standard delivery timescale for kitchens is four weeks. Certain ranges are more readily available. To confirm the delivery timescale on your new kitchen please contact us with your requirements before purchase.
How much does it cost to have my new kitchen delivered?
Delivery varies depending on your postcode and the amount of goods being ordered. Add your required goods to the shopping basket amd let us calculate the shipping cost for you. If our system doesn't recognise your delivery address then contact us and we can confirm how much delivery is for your order.
Who delivers my new kitchen?
We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering kitchens on a weekly basis to a selection of areas across the UK. All of our deliveries are a one man, doorstep service only. Our drivers are more than happy to assist you with a lift into your home but are not insured to do so. For postcodes outside of our local area we have a selection of excellent transport companies with whom we have been working for many years. Please note that third party deliveries are doorstep only, these drivers do not necessarily have the means, nor the insurance cover, to carry goods into your property, We strongly suggest for whichever delivery method applies to you that you arrange for two able-bodied persons to be present during the delivery.
What happens if there is a problem on or after delivery?
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring either on or after delivery with any aspect of your purchase we have a dedicated customer service team to help you, they can be contacted by phone or e-mail and will be more than happy to help resolve any issues which may arise. PLEASE NOTE - All goods must be checked by recipient upon delivery, although a damaged box is an indication that damage has occured during delivery, this is not always the case. We therefore must stress the fact that all goods leave us in brand new, undamaged condition and as a result if you sign for an item which later turns out to have transit damage you are not covered by the warranty.
We are happy to organise your oversees delivery with you, even for a full kitchen! Our nominated shipping agent is Anglo Pacifc and over the years we have had countless success working with them to deliver goods to Australia, New Zealand, Europe and USA. If you would like a quote for international delivery please get in touch with us and we can direct your query to Anglo Pacific. Alternatively, if you would like to arrange your own courier who will collect goods from our warehouse then we are more than happy for you to do so.
