My appliance is broken, how do I get a repair?

Our aim is to repair your product as soon as possible. Simply call us on 08705 490 000** and one of our customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your agreement number available.

The advisor will give you a referral number and talk you through the repair process.

What’s not included?

So there are no misunderstandings, here are a few key things that are not included in the Kitchen Seller extended warranty plan:

  • Delivery or installation charges where a replacement product is provided
  • Costs you may incur to dispose of your original appliance
