We love sending our fabulous kitchens all over the world...

theKitchenSeller.com are proud to offer international delivery on all of our appliances and kitchens.

Over the course of the past five years we have built up a solid relationship with our nominated shipping agent, Anglo Pacific, and are now confidently able to offer you an international delivery service; along with UPS for smaller items.

How does the international delivery system works?

The shipping agent needs to know the following information to arrange a quote for you :

- Boxed weight

- Boxed dimensions

- Content value

- Delivery address

- Your name and email address

At theKitchenSeller.com we can put you in touch with our recommended shipping agent or we are happy for you to source your own and arrange to have your goods collected from us or we can deliver to your agent.

Although we then communicate with the agent to get your item to them, it is their responsibility to discuss onward journey with you until it is delivered to your door. You are required to pay for the shipping costs directly to the shipping agent and not through theKitchenSeller.com so the shipping part of the order is then dealt with directly by customer and agent. Of course if there are any issues along the way then we are happy to help.

How much is international delivery?

Your chosen shipping agent will provide you with a price based on the following criteria :

- Your country of delivery

- The size of your delivery

- The weight of your delivery

- The value of your delivery

No two quotes are the same so we cannot advise even rough prices to you. SImply get in touch with us with your requirements and we will certainly get the ball rolling for you. While we can quote you as accurately as possible for UPS shipments, please note that on rare occassions, once UPS have collected from us they may adjust the price quoted and we must then pass this cost on to you.

How long does international delivery take?

As with the price, there is no set time of how long a delivery will take. Your shipping agent will be able to advise you before you place the order when the next shipment is leaving for your country and the time it will then take to reach you.

We work with your agent to get the items to them as quickly as possible avoiding any delay.

How do my items get to the shipping agent and what does it cost?

The majority of agents will collect from our warehouse in Kent. If your chosen agent is saying they will not collect from us please advise as there may be a susbsequent delivery charge from The Kitchen Seller to get your goods to the agent.

How do I pay for my international order?

The most cost effective way for you, the customer, to pay for your goods is via Bank Transfer. We can also send you an invoice through PayPal but there are charges to do this as PayPal will charge us for receiving international monies. Please contact us to discuss which payment option will suit you best. For bulky shipments being sent via Anglo Pacific, please note that we cannot accept monies for shipping costs, these must be paid directly to the agent.

Terms of Sale for International Customers

All goods being sent internationally are done so fully insured. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged from transit you are covered for a replacement or a refund. Goods must be unboxed and checked for damage within 48 hours. After this time you are not covered by the insurance policy as there would be no way of deeming the method by which the damage occurred, in transit or otherwise (during installation, dropped on site etc). As long as you work within these timeframes we will be able to assist you and resolve this matter.
